Terms of service

01. Returns & Exchanges

• Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
• If your requested exchange size is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

02. Refunds

• Once the courier has collected your item, contact us and we will transfer your refund.
• Shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

03. Delivery Inspection

• You may inspect your order upon delivery before accepting it.
• Orders must be accepted or rejected in full — partial returns at the door are not available.

04. Changes & Cancellations

• To modify or cancel your order, reach out to us before dispatch. Once your order is on its way, we are unable to make changes.

05. Shipping

• We deliver across all of Egypt.
• Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days from your order date. Occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
